With the LOOPS-9 workshop now only a few days away, we very much look forward to welcoming you to St Andrews.
The scientific programme, poster list and abstract booklet are all available online at https://loops9.wp.st-andrews.ac.uk/scientific-program/ and https://loops9.wp.st-andrews.ac.uk/posters/
The Workshop will take place in Lecture Theatre D in the School of Mathematics and Statistics, starting at 9am on Tuesday 11th June. There will be signs around the building to show you the way to the Lecture Theatre (top floor of the building). For a detailed map, please see https://loops9.wp.st-andrews.ac.uk/local-info/
There will be a welcome reception from 18.00-21.00 on Monday in Parliament Hall. The registration desk will be available at the welcome reception on Monday evening and also on Tuesday from 8.30 onwards in the School of Mathematics.
We are pleased to announce that the scientific program and abstract booklet are now available to view and download in preparation for the conference.
The scientific program can be downloaded here, while an interactive pdf (containing links to abstracts for all talks and posters) can be downloaded here. Paper copies of the schedule will be made available at the beginning of the conference.
Finally, we would also note a last minute change of venue for the conference dinner, which will now take place at Lower College Hall, due to unforeseen circumstances. Apologies for any confusion this may cause.
Thanks to all those who have submitted abstracts and registered for the conference. We look forward to welcoming you in St Andrews very soon.
A provisional scientific program for the meeting (including details of contributed and invited talks) is now available online, together with a list of poster presentations (where there will also be opportunities to present posters interactively as an e-poster). Finally, the conference dinner will now take place in Lower College Hall (and not St Salvators Hall as previously advertised).
With the submission deadline fast approaching, a small minority of authors do not appear to receive our automatic confirmation emails when submitting abstracts. All of the queried submissions have been successfully received; the problem is related to automatic email confirmation system alone.
For additional confirmation, a list of all authors of successful abstract submissions to the system can be found here.
New submissions to the system should immediately appear on this list. Authors who are unsure or would like additional confirmation should contact the LOC (either by email or on Twitter).
